Overview of the PIC Framework
The Private Investment Construction (PIC) Framework is a ready-made construction framework for the NHS, public sector bodies and private operators, providing a mechanism for bringing private sector investment into new build and refurbishment projects. The term of the Framework ended in July 2022, however Prime plc the Framework Manager, still sits on several other construction frameworks.
